Descripción del Seminario:
El Profesor Busuttil debatirá con los participantes del Seminario sobre cómo el Sistema Jurídico del Common Law. Además, disertará y evaluará con su criterio y experiencia las problemáticas que deben enfrentarse dado el desarrollo Informático de nuestros días, desde el Derecho Internacional.
Antecedentes Profesionales y Académicos
El Dr Busuttil es Director del Departamento de Posgrado de Universidad de Londres, experto en Anti-terrorismo, derechos humanos internacionales, derecho islámico internacional.
Prof. James Busuttil is the Director of Postgraduates Studies of University of London- International Programmes.
He has been Associate Professor of International Law and Organisation at the Institute of Social Studies, The Hague (The Netherlands), Director of the British Institute of Human Rights at King's College London, and Lecturer in Law at the University of Essex. Has worked for the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia , the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the Legal Adviser's Office of the US Department of State.
